01. Definitions & Interpretation

Please read the following definitions carefully to clearly understand the meaning of the terms used throughout this document.

• "Platform" means the ac888 website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "User" / "You" means any individual registered on the platform.
• "We" / "Company" means the entity operating ac888.
• "Account" means the profile registered in the user's name.
• "Real Money" means actual funds transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus" means additional credits granted as a promotional or welcome offer.
• "KYC" means the identity verification process (Know Your Customer).

02. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use the gaming services on the ac888 platform. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be considered void.

2.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. ac888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false information has been provided. Each individual may create only one account — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

ac888 services are primarily directed at the Bangladesh market. Access may be restricted from certain regions or countries. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with local laws regarding online gaming in their area.

03. Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

Keep your ac888 account username and password strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for any loss resulting from sharing this information with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ac888 may request KYC documents before processing a withdrawal or after a certain transaction volume has been reached. A copy of a National ID (NID) or passport and proof of address are typically required. Withdrawals may be held until the documents are submitted.

3.3 Account Inactivity

ac888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that remain dormant for an extended period. The user will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at ac888 is ৳200 (per payment method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Only use a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Rejected Transactions

ac888 reserves the right to reject or hold transactions in the following cases:

• If fraud is suspected.
• If a third-party payment account is used.
• If the account's KYC verification is incomplete.
• If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ac888 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a received bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). For example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳24,000 in wagers before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, providing false information, or using any unauthorised method may result in bonus cancellation and permanent account closure.

5.4 VIP Program

ac888's VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your consistent activity and contribution on the platform. Each tier comes with its own benefits and priority service.

06. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

ac888 is a secure and reliable platform that uses SSL encryption and audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair play. If a proven allegation of match-fixing or result manipulation is made against any game, the associated account will be placed under investigation.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and bet type. These limits are displayed in the game interface. ac888 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Game Errors

If a technical fault, server interruption, or software problem affects the outcome of a game, ac888 reserves the right to void the related bets and, where applicable, refund the original stake. Winnings resulting from an error will be considered void.

6.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Odds may change at any time. Any odds change after a bet has been confirmed will not apply to that bet. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, stakes are generally refunded.

07. Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion — request to temporarily close your account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period — option to temporarily suspend activity.

08. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and associated funds may be confiscated:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using a third-party payment account.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Cyber attacks against the platform.
• Operating an account in the name of a minor.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on the ac888 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is protected under the company's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of these materials without our prior written permission is prohibited.

The names and logos of third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming are owned by their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

ac888 will not be liable in the following cases:

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any existing balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. In the event of a rule violation, ac888 may close the account without prior notice.
